How To Fix The Application Was Unable To Start Correctly ( 0xc00007b ). P2

 'The Application was unable to start correctly' it's probably because you are trying to run a game or program which is incompatible with your Pc/Laptop Requirements. 

>There are several reasons for this error 0xc00007b to pop-up




>The most common cause of this issue is incompatibility between the 32-Bit and the 64-Bit Operating System in your computer.
              .An example of this is when a 32-Bit application tries to execute itself on a 64-Bit Operating System. You can try to run a 32-Bit application on 64-Bit Operating System Windows but it might fail sometimes.

So, there are 6 methods which will help you to fix this error :



1}Run The Program As Administrator :-

>Sometimes, this error comes up due to the non-availability of administrative privileges for the application you are trying to execute. For this purpose select the application and right-click on the application and select Run As Administrative from the list.
            I repeat this step again because it's compulsory to do so.




2}Update .NET Framework :-

>.NET Framework can also be the cause of this error message in a number of cases. So, updating the .NET Framework to the latest version might wipe out the error.

    To install .NET Framework, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and click on Turn Windows features on or off. It will open a new window with a list of Windows features. Click on the .NET Framework 3.5 and press Ok. It will start the download and after the installation, your pc/laptop would restart and your error problem can be fixed up.





3}Uninstall and then Re-install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable :- 

>There are many problems for this error and this issue can be caused by a problem with Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installed on your computer and then reinstalling it should get rid of this error, first you need to:
         
1. Navigate to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features  > Uninstall a program.



2. Locate and right-click on Uninstall a program where red arrow shows.

3. Locate and right-click on the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable - x86 ( If your computer has a 32-Bit Operating System ) or the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable - x64 ( If your computer has a 64-Bit Operating System ), and click on Uninstall.

4. Go through the uninstallation wizard to uninstall the redistributable(s).

5. Once the Redistributable(s) have been uninstalled, restart your computer.

6. Download the installer for the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable - x86 ( If your computer has a 32-Bit Operating System ) or the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable - x64 ( If your computer has a 64-Bit Operating System ).
     Note- If you uninstalled both versions of the Redistributable from your computer, download the installer for both

7. When done, restart your computer and check if your error is fixed or not.

4}Run CHKDSK to scan your computer's Hard Drive :-

>If none of the described above solutions not worked for you, you might want to try running CHKDSK to scan your computer's Hard Drive for problems and fix any threat are found since Hard Drive issues can also cause this problem. First you need to:

1. Open the Start Menu.

2. Search for "cmd" or "Command Prompt".

3. Right-click on the search titled cmd and click on Run as administrator in the context menu to launch an elevated Command Prompt.



4. Type chkdsk / c / r in command prompt. Here 'c' denotes your Local Disk if your Local Disk denotes with 'f' word then type chkdsk / f / r in command prompt.

5. After scan you will be asked to restart your computer. To confirm type y into the elevated Command Prompt and press Enter.

6. Restart the computer.

7. When the computer boots up, CHKDSK will automatically running and scanning your computer's Hard Drive - all you need to do is be patient and wait the process out.

8. There is an alternative way to scan your Local Drives you just have to go in properties of your Local Drives and then right-click on tools tab and then right-click on Check option.

5}Run application in Compatibility mode :-  

>It is not necessary but you can run your application in Compatibility mode you need to:  

      . First select your application and then left-click and search for properties and then right-click after you have to just choose what type of windows you need to run your application.
